Mr. Espresso
Java Mount Tikukur, washing process

Java West quickly imprints its trail in the world of coffee. Only about 15 years ago, the Indonesian government began the initiative of private land for local farmers in the field of coffee breeding, aimed at protecting lush forests in the area against wood obtaining. Future programming has transformed this region in the center of exceptional coffee production. Part of the constrained edition of Mr. Espresso Collezione di Caffè, this washed micro-flight comes from the village of Cipaganti in Western Java. Collected directly from miniature farmers, coffee varieties include Catimor, Tim Tim, Typica and Gayo II – all grown at high altitudes about 5700 feet. In the case of this fully washed coffee, ripe cherries are clenched, desiccated for sixteen hours, and then thoroughly washed. Coffee is then placed in a sun dryer until the optimal moisture content is achieved. While coffee processing is customary in the region, it fell from the entitled, because the producers traveled to satisfy the demand for coffee on damp coffee popular in the neighboring sum. The Espresso team was extremely impressed by the vibration of this coffee, presented by the customary method of processing the region. Java Gunung Tikukur offers a convoluted mug with such flavors as peach, roasted almond and basil.
