James Hoffmann is literally more popular than coffee

James Hoffmann is the winner of the challenge in Pudge Ultimate Coffee Bracket 2025. World Barista Master and Co -founder Square coffeeHoffmann is perhaps the best known here in 2025 as the creator of the content (or at least probably his 2.3 million subscribers on YouTube and 700,000 more on Instagram know him). It is an influential, in a contemporary language and the most popular, as the semi -final round of BracketSprology showed us, where he defeated Morgan Eckroth with a margin of 3: 1. It was a route.

And what we can now confirm one other fact from the result of this year’s tournament: James Hoffmann is more popular than coffee itself.

But it was close. In the final duel against the Master of Coffee Drinks Bracket, V60, Hoffmann won through the cleanest margins. Only 50 votes separated these two. It was the second nearest competition in the history of BracketSprology, for the first round this year, in which the frozen Americano Best Mocha only eight votes. (I’m still not like a soiled Mocha. Shame!)

Now, like Dr. Frankenstein, we must take into account the monster of our own creature. There are many ways to interpret the win. There are those who thought that all the conceit of the finals strives for human compared to the drink in the popularity competition. What would I say: please relax. These are influences who decided to put themselves in the eye of the public and whose entire maintenance is literally a popularity competition. I think everything will be fine.

But assuming you don’t hate fun, you probably chose the page and saw the one of the two ways. You saw it, like Trish Rothgeb of Wrecking Ball, as a battle for a human and inanimate object. Man versus the machine, all the conceit, around which entire American folklore legends were built. Or you saw it as a battle between the thing in the real world versus his online simulacrum. As coffee, versus the influence on coffee and the entire brain moral distribution implied in it. All this, saying, does not matter which side you were on, the rates could not be higher.

And Hoffmann defeated his brains. I will leave it to you by pontifying who is stupid, deep or deeply stupid.

This is the packaging in the 2025 Ultimate Coffee Bracket Challenge. Thank you for tuming and participating in half a million votes that we received for two weeks. We will come back in March to get more thrilling coffee duels, more stunning devices, more bracketSprology.
