Pacific Foods’ Barista Series showcases plant-based milks and sponsors the global Latte Art competition at World Of Coffee San Diego

CAMDEN, Modern Jersey (March 24, 2026) Pacific Foods® Barista Series™ will host a hub of innovation, flavor and community as it showcases its industry-leading portfolio at World of Coffee San Diego, April 10-12, 2026, San Diego Convention Center. Visitors to stand 3227 can expect lively tastings, exclusive signature beverages and appearances by special guests during the three-day celebration of coffee culture. Pacific Barista Series™ is also honored to be a Gold Sponsor of the 20th Annual Global Latte Art Competition held during the show.

Created by the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA), World of Coffee is the premier event for the tea and coffee community to gather for connection, innovation and inspiration. The star of the show at the stand will be Pistachios from the Barista™ seriessilky, velvety plant milk for balmy and chilly apply, developed in cooperation with professional baristas. The newest addition to the Barista Series™ portfolio, it will be sampled throughout the weekend in a variety of signature drinks.

A signature drink in the spotlight: Kafiex, awarded the Micro Roaster of the Year 2026 title by Roast magazine, will be served Oaxaca Nights (Pistachio Barista Series™, bold chilly brew, Oaxacan chocolate and floral agave).

  • Saturday, April 11 | 10:00–12:00

A signature drink in the spotlight: 2025 USA Barista Champion Kay Cheon will be serving hers Pistachio-oat matchacreated exclusively for Pacific’s latest “Signature Drinks” campaign. It consists of Barista Series™ pistachios, matcha, honey syrup, Barista Series™ Oat black sesame chilly foam and black sesame decoration.

  • Sunday, April 12 | All day

A signature drink in the spotlight: Black & White coffee roasteries will be served Matcha with honey flower (Barista Series™ pistachios, Hugo Matcha tea, orange blossom water, straightforward honey syrup).
