And although it would be effortless to focus on what is easily the greatest competition in the coffee calendar, it would be to overlook all other cold events that took place in the meantime around the world.

Because why wait until the end of October to have fun?
Women in coffee
Friday, August 29, Olympia Coffee organizes its first Women in Women in Coffee event. In the cafe in the center of Seattle Women in Coffee, “it is devoted to the spirits of women and people expanding because of the coffee industry in all areas of the coffee industry, from behind the bar to the backstage.” There will be snacks and natural wine, rewards for the door, and even a professional photographer in case your CV or Linksdin profile needs a up-to-date head shot. It lasts from 17:00 to 19:30 and is free to participate, just make sure RSVP.
So. Many. Festivals.
As I can say, September is the official month of coffee festivals. And if this is not the case, based on the number of different coffee festivals around the world. It starts from September 13-15 with a Parisian coffee show, a three -day professional event, during which “experts of coffee, couple, cafes and gourmets will share knowledge and knowledge as a result of tasting, workshops, championships and conferences.” From there, the fund is headed to the east of about 1000 km to Slovenia, to the latest installment of the coffee festival in Ljubljana. From 22 to 25 September, the event goes out into the streets of Berlin, including pop-up events in cafes and Roaster throughout the city. “Decentralized, diverse and driven by the Berlin Coffee Week community turns the city into a stage of up-to-date brewing methods, exhilarating beans and inventive concepts-from classic roast to experimental works.” Then 26 and 27. Coffee Berlin writes a up-to-date chapter with the Berlin coffee festival, a combination of the B2B and B2C event with networks, tasting and educational sessions for professionals and enthusiasts.
In the 27th and 28th place in Pennsylvania, the Chocolate and Coffee Festival festival is going to Greater Philadelphia Expo Center for two days of delicious food products from over 900 sellers for only USD 16.

Level up

Organized by a non-profit organization, they raise the bar, the level is 2.5 days of practical workshops, experience in public service and building community, all for employee coffee professionals. The goal is for the up level to be available to everyone, which is why they try to maintain the costs as low as possible, and even offer scholarships based on needs. Everything takes place from 27 to 29 September at Mill City Roasters in Minneapolis.
