Mr. Espresso Kenya Rung’eto Kii, Washed Process

Kenya Rung’Eto Kii is the perfect coffee for icy days. It has notes of white peach, ripe pomelo and fresh cream, with a full mouthfeel. It comes from the Kia factory, a storied processing plant operating since 1965. About 80 farmers collaborated to produce this fantastic plot, cultivated at an altitude of 1,600-1,800 meters above sea level in luxurious, clay soil. The coffee is ground, fermented overnight and washed in the shade of Mount Kenya.

Ethiopia Bench Maji Natural Espresso Single Origin

This single origin Ethiopian coffee, a true blooming espresso, is naturally processed and offers a fruity and sweet profile with notes of blackberries and wildflower honey.
The farm producing this coffee, Gesha Karmach, is located near the Gori Gesha forest in southwestern Ethiopia. A key stronghold of native forests, the region’s trees provide a natural green dome under which coffee thrives.

Several petite producers from the Zapotitlán de Méndez community contributed to this batch, each growing high-quality varieties under the forest canopy. The Ngozi coffee producing region is located in north-central Burundi. With its high altitude and subtle, heated weather year-round, the environment at Ngozi provides the perfect conditions for growing delicious specialty coffees. Turaco is a microlight named after a brightly colored bird commonly seen enlivening the Burundi sky. We taste blackberry, rose, maple, lime and obscure chocolate in this convoluted and delicious cup.

Maple cinnamon rolls from award-winning coffee producer Diego Bermudez! His processing methods are truly scientific. It has a laboratory where it uses scientific methods to maximize the potential of its coffee. The result is an incredibly convoluted coffee, but in a heated, comforting way. It’s not super fruity or funky; this coffee is mainly sweet, baked spices. It falls somewhere between a cinnamon roll and a spice cake.
