Initially started to support roasting wholesale customers with equipment service needs, KOS has now expanded its service department to include: NO–wholesale customers throughout the southeast and west of the United States.
KOS currently employs service technicians throughout the southeastern United States and in Salt Lake City, UT, providing geographic data access to customer service coast to coast. KOS prides itself on high levels of customer service and affordable priceszi quick response time, in addition to ensuring the sale of recent equipment through various espresso partners nationwide.

KOS heavily promotes their preventive maintenance program that keeps their customers in addition to replaceable water filters and follows manufacturer guidelines for bi–annually and annual parts replacement.
