On the menu: in Sacramento, Pachamama Coffee seasonal menu to live

Pachamama coffee From Sacramento, California, it issued a modern seasonal menu in the spring. The menu was designed by the operating manager Lena Kondryuk and retail director Cruz Conrad. “We publish a modern seasonal menu every quarter to stay in touch with the ingredients and flavors at any time of the year,” says Conrad.

The couple landed on five separate seasonal offers: latte made of olive oil based on espresso, lavende lavender, lakelte lavende and strawberry tea matcha and Pandan Matcha. Pachamama Coffee seasonal drinks employ home syrups and local ingredients.

Who helped create this excellent spring menu?

Our seasonal menu is a shared effort between me and Lena. Inspirations from coffee and culinary industries, always with an eye on creating drinks that seem fresh, balanced and rooted in seasonality. Each element has been designed to improve coffee or tea in a deliberate, unforgettable way.

What coffee do you exploit for espresso drinks?

We exploit our Espresso Five Sisters mix, which is a characteristic offer in Pachamama. He honors five founding cooperatives, which are the owners of our company, with beans from Ethiopia, Guatemala, Mexico, Nicaragua and Peru. The result is affluent, chocolate, well-rounded espresso with a little ideal fruit as the basis of both conventional and seasonal drinks.

What kind of olive oil is used for latte olive oil?

Latte olive oil contains olive oil with a farm with a farm in Doyle’s End, a regenerative agricultural project at Dixon, California, served by Matt Wilke. With our roots in Davis and the home base in Sacramento, we are deeply involved in the farm’s movement. Supporting local farms and emphasizing the high -quality ingredients such as this is part of who we are.

How long will drinks available?

This menu will be available until June, and our summer offers will appear soon after.

Is there a drink that is the favorite of the staff?

This is a close draw between Lavender Latte, which contains a soothing home syrup, and Pandan Matcha, a completely modern addition this year. The notes of vanilla and coconut meant that this is immediately a favorite among the crew.
