Coffee building: Rybica coffee and tea in Braunschwik, Me

Built from a close, building from a distance-I loved a global, extensive, endless, endless engine to discover this series of functions and its ability to take us (and our readers who are us) to various corners of this enormous blue marble. But in the United States, one corner, which has been very much in construction over the years, is a great state of Maine. Yes, Maine, with 1.4 million inhabitants, is home to a very nice coffee scene and we are excited that we can profile a up-to-date coffee bar in today’s function.

Rybica coffee and tea In fact, * not * up-to-date ones for almost 20 years-but now they have opened a coffee laboratory in the center of Brunschwik (only 30 miles up the coast from Portland) and there are many exhilarating for this. Let’s take a closer look at!

For those who are not familiar, will you tell us about your company?

We have been in coffee for over 18 years of baking and acquiring for companies on both coasts. We also conduct our Coastal Coffee Tech technology technology, in which we serve the northern Fresh England, this changes to coffee accounts only with our up-to-date direction, but still focuses on the support of technology and equipment. Thanks to this up-to-date iteration (coffee and tea), we focus on obtaining relationships in Mexico and El Salvador, as well as teas from Yunnan, China. We also focused on sustainable development in the production and packaging using an electric infrared hell, packing our beans with beer cans and using compostable cups. We also created a vacuum brewing system for our frigid coffee, extracting a 12% concentrate for Still and Nitro, while dealing with freezing drying for the home.

Can you tell us about a up-to-date space?

Coffee laboratory in the center of Brunschwik, Maine, hosts of retail and commercial customers for drinks and bumps of coffee and tea. We focus on sacrificing our offer and talking about our partners of acquiring and agricultural.

What is your coffee approach?

Sweet, well -developed coffees that show the beauty and skills of our farmers’ partners. Basically, from a baking perspective, we try to keep sweetness and overall balance, and our unique electric pair allows us to achieve this with consistency.

Any machines, coffee, special equipment set up?

Rubasse 3kg Infrared roaster. Non -standard high vacuum extraction system. By Mini Court. Detained grinder. DF83V Mill with a single dose. Tons 3 Brewery with a non -standard basket for 2l Brews. Oktober Seamer for coffee full beans in canned 16 ounces. Nitro non -standard system using 3L bags in the concentrate mixing system. Yama Frosty drip tower

How does your project consider sustainable development?

Selection of equipment and packaging. Farmers’ relations with obligations before buying. All equipment is on demand, leaving nothing at night. No plastic cups/lid/straw. All frigid cups are a good cup for home.

What is your hope for the opening date/month?

5/20/25

Do you work with craftsmen, architects and/or creators you would like to mention?

Everything done at home!

Thank you!
