This strategic evolution marks a modern chapter for the company that now serves more than 3% of independent coffee shops in the United States, moving beyond its Series A funding announcement and truly communicating its mission to the world. The rebranding includes a modern logo, visual identity and website redesign that reflects the company’s commitment to innovation and the simplicity of its café workflow.

Dripos was founded in 2019 on a co-creation basis, asking owners across the country what went into their dream operating system and building it side by side with them. The result is a streamlined system that replaces many individual subscriptions, offering hardware and software for ordering, marketing, team leadership, earnings management and operations, all at a fair and uncomplicated price starting at $160 per month.

Jack Pawlik, CEO and founder of Dripos, said: “Since 2019, we’ve been building the ultimate operating system for coffee shops with the belief that our product should feel like theirs. This rebrand and the launch of Counter Talk are a reflection of our commitment to craft and community. Our vision is uncomplicated: power your entire store with Dripos, and this modern identity reinforces that promise. Your coffee, our technology.”

Introducing Counter Talk: a cultural hub for American coffee companies

A highlight of the announcement is the launch of Counter Talk, a modern industry publication and thought and leadership platform. Designed as an editorial space, Counter Talk will serve as a cultural hub for the coffee community, going beyond product updates and providing high-quality stories, insights and resources tailored to coffee shop owners, operators and the broader coffee community.

The publication will cover a mix of industry trends, operational education, founder stories, design and culture, and original reporting. This initiative aims to position Dripos as an authority at the intersection of technology, hospitality and independent business, deepening customer trust and creating a scalable platform for storytelling and community building.

Features introduced in a timely manner that meet the needs of the industry

In addition to the rebranding and publication launch, Dripos announced two major upcoming feature updates that directly address current industry challenges:

  1. Dripos Accounting: A long-awaited, influential addition to be released this year, further integrating and streamlining the financial management aspect of your coffee shop business. This will be the only tool that tool shops will need for all their accounting needs. Accounting will be a rapidly imitated event.
  2. Penny Discontinuation Workflow: A timely introduction of a feature that provides stores with a seamless workflow solution to manage the potential discontinuation of penny sales in the US, ensuring seamless cash handling and operational continuity.

Dripos’s success is rooted in a collaborative approach, and the company continues to strive to let its users have a say in what they build next.
