The summer wind is now blowing a bit cooler, because the days become a few moments of each evening. It is September, but building a series of coffee is being developed. For those who are not familiar, will you tell us about your company?

We are Papaver Roaster House based in Olympia, Washington. A tiny invigorating team with Ukrainian roots. Our story begins with a deep love of high quality infusions, inspired by our travels around the world. As our guests noted, the entrance to our cafe brings them back to the trip to Europe.

Can you tell us about a modern space?

Our modern cafe is meticulously designed from lighting to furniture to create a coherent and visually attractive space. We offer various seating options, such as plush chairs, stylish tables or a lovely joint table made of solid wood, encouraging people to relax and stay for a moment.

What is your coffee approach?

We acquire direct trade with farmers around the world and tiny importers in the USA. The coffee we choose is rated 86 points or more. Here’s how our Ilya resistance describes its baking process: “I try to keep the natural character of beans to show their terroir and processing, and not” cover “murky roast. My task is to reveal and maintain a subtle, sometimes very frail nuances of taste.
