What is your coffee approach?
The purpose of launching a single about was to present coffee as products by serving coffee with one origin and freshly baked high -quality mixtures. When the founders of Emma and Dion for the first time opened the Surry Hills flagship cafe in 2003, coffee appeared with shiny bags with a huge logo at the front, a long expiry date and often baked much darker. Being on earth and building relationships with breeders allows us to maintain quality assurance by observing ripe coffee, tidy washing stations, careful drying, sorting and storage, which all constitute the highest final product. Most importantly, it allows us to see the working conditions, as well as environmental traders such as Sound Water Management and the best waste management practices.
