For those who are not familiar, will you tell us about your company?
Let’s take two start in the trailer in the Hunter yard – only a few friends with a vision and a fresh start. After more than a decade in the coffee industry it was a fresh undertaking for us – something smaller, more personal and more branchy. What began as a project in the yard developed into something much greater than we imagined: a shop in the center of Fort Myers, wholesale baking, catering, sales and equipment of equipment, as well as consultations for others chasing the same dream. Through all this, our heart has not changed. We care about doing good things, serving people in order and – if we do it well – leaving them a little better than we found.
Can you tell us about a fresh space?
Our fresh store at Broadway 3594 in Fort Myers is a cozy space with an area of 800 square feet with retro-lub in the garden, turquoise and white. This is a miniature space with a substantial heart. We designed it so that it was hot, hospitable and full of intention. Great coffee, fresh donuts and some space to breathe.
What is your coffee approach?
Aid make fun of accessible coffee and remove part of the pretentiousness that can be found in a special coffee.
Any machines, coffee, special equipment set up?
Marzocco PB line paired with Mahlkönig grind-by-sync
How does your project consider sustainable development?
From the very beginning, we tried to build two coffee with the intention – not only in how we serve people, but in how we care about what we received. Sustainable development for us is not a marketing angle; It is about making wise, lasting choices. We maintain our menu strongly reduced waste, baked in miniature parts to ensure freshness and efficiency, and coffee with honesty – from producers who are involved in quality, management and fair practices. In our store, we exploit composting packaging where possible, we limit plastics and encourage reusable cups. This is not perfect, but we are building a company that we proudly pass on to the next generation – one miniature, thoughtful step at once.
What is your hope for the opening date/month?
