For those who are not familiar, will you tell us about your company?
XLIII Coffee is a coffee brand serving specialist coffee to customers who are always concerned about the taste of origin. Thanks to the constant efforts of excellent farmers around the world, we experience the real taste of this fruit.
XLIII Coffee strives to become a immense, influential company with social responsibilities, access to high -quality raw materials and transfer full original coffee values to our clients.

XLIII coffee transforms from the original brand – 43 Factory Coffee Roaster. We respect the achievements and values built from the beginning of the journey to discover the world of pure coffee and cultivate the starting point of the first store. In the future, XLIII coffee still organizes philosophy and maintains consistency in our general activities, basic values and a strategic direction.
Can you tell us about a modern space?
Located at home, it is an example of classic Vietnamese architecture, the fourth unit of XLIII coffee in Thao Dien ensures visual impressions that are clearly different from three predecessors. The space contains characteristic architectural elements, including elegant classic drugs, complicated bars and majestic dragon chairs, all harmoniously combine with a characteristic wooden design of XLIII coffee interiors. Both floors respect the original structure, creating a perfect combination of specialist coffee in architectural heritage.
After entering through the characteristic wooden arched gate, guests are greeted by a charming courtyard – a characteristic sign of classic Vietnamese architecture – where the natural lightweight filters through the hoods and lush green leaves. Pure white walls and floors arranged with classic geometric tile patterns create a composed nostalgic atmosphere in urban life.
The focal point on the ground floor is a meter with balmy yellow tons standing out on black and white tiles with diamonds. Spiral stairs with shiny black handrails and dainty white balustrades serve not only as access to the second floor, but as a liquid sculptural element in space.
The second floor works as a serene working space with immense amenities, profuse natural lightweight and a view with a view of the courtyard. Despite the modest size, the intelligently arranged space will accommodate up to 15 guests at the same time, offering sporadic privacy and peace in the heart of the city.
The fusion of the heritage of architectural elements with current furniture creates both nostalgic and contemporary space. A carefully selected color palette contains tidy proteins harmonizing with elegant gray, emphasized balmy creams and sophisticated amber tones. All elements are united by natural wood details, establishing both luxurious and hospitable atmosphere – where the Vietnamese architectural heritage and specialist coffee culture together write the history of modernity in classicism.
What is your coffee approach?
As direct partners with coffee producers and traders in the world, we deliberately maintain our focused operational scale in our fourth ward, devoting our full passion to developing exclusive nature products.

Any machines, coffee, special equipment set up?
XLIII coffee equipment exists at the intersection of technological artistry, carefully selected and calibrated to serve our mission to fully unlock the potential of each special coffee bean.
It stands in the heart of the space MP Marzocco MPA technological masterpiece with a minimalist but powerful project, in which art smoothly integrates with advanced brewing technology of arrow and dairy, unlocking the endless possibilities of exploration and honoring the legitimate flavors of every special coffee beans.
To achieve perfection in every cup, we equipped ourselves with a Premium mill duo Mahlkönig e80 supreme AND Dying 807 Lab Sweet. These “technological craftsmen” not only provide absolute consistency in grinding, but also maintain precise temperature control, maintaining the full aroma and properties of each coffee bean.
The brewing process in XLIII coffee begins with pure water created by our specialized 30 l/h filtration system, combined with GEYSER ECOTAR 9 ULTRA RO HOME Alkaline ionizer. Each drop of water is controlled and improved to become an ideal companion for releasing coffee flavors.
Completing our outstanding equipment offer are our significant companions: Kinto Alfresco Brewery and Colleague Stagg ECG Electric kettle – a taste of temperature and flow control, ensuring that every drop of coffee is extracted for perfection.
How does your project consider sustainable development?
XLIII Coffee means the next chapter in a six -year trip to creating values, opening the fourth location in Thao Dien, the premium district Ho Chi Minh City. This milestone is not only a significant growth, but embodies our unwavering involvement in raising specialized coffee standards and sharing legitimate coffee values for both Vietnamese and global communities.
By launching our fourth branch, we confirm our pioneering position in the ecosystem developed, in which the true value of coffee is celebrated in the most legitimate form. Our identity is shaped by five basic values:
* Transparency – more than a commitment is our DNA. We provide complete transparency in all aspects, from origin to process, production to delivery. We believe that transparency is the basis for sustainable industry.

What is your hope for the opening date/month?
Our cafe is now open. We opened to welcome everyone from 18/03/2025 at 19 Road No. 2, Lang Bao Chi, Thao Dien, Ho Chi Minh.
