Coffee construction: parchment cafe in Medellín, Colombia

Parchment has been moving with a needle in Colombian specialist cafes for 13 years. This is all life in coffee years. (Look only at our 2012 article about the brand to get evidence. Hats! Kosy! Peak! Peak Early-10s Special coffee.) The years were nice to parchment. Since then, Roaster has opened two -digit cafes around Medellín, and recently this count has increased to 11.

The latest cafe is located in the Bio-Hotel El Tesoro and has a thoughtful, sultry design, as well as in the store, the first for parchment, to further improve coffee and education for hotel and cafe guests. And also, having a world -class cafe in your hotel, in itself is a dream come true. So let’s take a look at a completely fresh parchment cafe in Medellín, Columbia and start planning your next vacation.

For those who are not familiar, will you tell us about your company?

We produce, bake and serve the highest quality coffees in Colombia. In addition, we work on the shoulder with over 1,500 allied producers throughout the country. Most of these coffees are exported green to different parts of the world and contrary to what usually happens in Colombia, some of the best plots are not exported; Instead, we bake and serve them in our special cafes in Medellín or send them through our electronic trade to all of Colombia, the United States and Canada. We are honored to work in every coffee chain link.

Can you tell us about a fresh space?

Last Friday, July 25, we opened the door to our latest parchment store, located inside Bio-Hotel Wake up the treasure. This means our 11th location and our arrival to the fresh part of the city, bringing with them the same involvement in creating extraordinary experiences through special coffee.

Our guiding principle when designing any store is that each space should be shaped by the community around it. Instead of imposing, we try to integrate, play an busy role and become a real meeting place for everyone. That is why this fresh store covers 400 square meters, our largest so far, with functional areas for different needs, including the children’s zone and something we have always dreamed of: coffee in a store that will be part of customer service. Here, too, we will train our team and bake petite experimental parts.
