Ecos del Cafe Cafe Imports returns to the second year

Last year, Cafe import He published novel Dokuserie, Ecos Del Café: Nationvas de Productores Costarruesss (echoes of coffee: Costa Rica producers’ narratives). In it they told the stories of some farmers from Costa Rica Rican, with whom they worked closely for years, including Alexander and Magali Delgado from Cerro San Luis Micromill and Diego Abarca Quiros from Alto San Juan Micromill.

And now Ecos del Café returns to the second year To tell the stories of four subsequent coffee producers in Costa Rica.

The second year begins with a bang, interviews with Franciska and Oscar Chacón from the celebrated Las Lajas Micromill. (If you’ve ever had coffee processed with honey, you have Las Lajas for it.) Third -generation coffee producers, Chacóns discuss their holistic approach to agriculture and how they had to adapt to the contemporary challenges they face them.

The Ecos del Café episode in Las Lajas was released at the beginning of this month and was accompanied by an additional function Tales from the source. In it, the founder of Cafe Imports, Andrew, is thinking about his first visit to Las Lajas in 2010 and gives an external evolution perspective.

The second episode is to be the prime minister on June 18, and Jhonnathan Camacho from Finca Desampparados. Subsequent episodes will be issued every two weeks.
