Roger Domínguez returns to our menu for the seventh year with another wonderful natural. This coffee surprises with every harvest thanks to the unrivaled intensity of its jam and fruit flavor.
This year’s production was incredibly miniature, but the quality was as good as always. Expect an exceptionally pristine and sweet natural scent with notes of strawberry and raspberry jam, pomegranate molasses, brown sugar and gloomy chocolate.

Mr. Espresso Kenya Rung’eto Kii, Washed Process

Kenya Rung’Eto Kii is the perfect coffee for cool days. It has notes of white peach, ripe pomelo and fresh cream, with a full mouthfeel. It comes from the Kia factory, a storied processing plant operating since 1965. About 80 farmers collaborated to produce this fantastic plot, cultivated at an altitude of 1,600-1,800 meters above sea level in opulent, clay soil. The coffee is ground, fermented overnight and washed in the shade of Mount Kenya.

The Ngozi coffee producing region is located in north-central Burundi. With its high altitude and gentle, balmy weather year-round, the environment at Ngozi provides the perfect conditions for growing delicious specialty coffees. Turaco is a microlight named after a brightly colored bird commonly seen enlivening the Burundi sky. We taste blackberry, rose, maple, lime and gloomy chocolate in this convoluted and delicious cup.

Maple cinnamon rolls from award-winning coffee producer Diego Bermudez! His processing methods are truly scientific. It has a laboratory where it uses scientific methods to maximize the potential of its coffee. The result is an incredibly convoluted coffee, but in a balmy, comforting way. It’s not super fruity or funky; this coffee is mainly sweet, baked spices. It falls somewhere between a cinnamon roll and a spice cake.
