Luckin Coffee opens the location in Fresh York

Luckin Coffee He is directed in the States. The coffee chain from Beijing, which he defeated Starbucks in China, turned away from the United States and opens its first cafe in Fresh York.

Since their introduction in 2017 it has been a wild ride fortunately. They came out like gangbusters. Their kiosk style cafes with smaller traces and delivery model allowed them to expand quickly, and by 2020 there was more luck in China than Starbucks. But it turns out that this is not only a better business tip helped Luckin to go to the top. There was only a scam. Then, after a fine of $ 180 million from SEC, another fine of the undisclosed amount from the Chinese Ministry of Finance, shooting many high -level contractors and disconnecting at NASDAQ, Luckin submitted a bankruptcy application.

But this is all water under the bridge, it seems, and happiness returns and greater than ever. Their first American location will be opened to Broadway and East Eighth Street in East Village, where the aged glasses will take over Eater New York. The exact opening date has not yet been announced, and the company is still in the process of employing, both for barista (whatever that means in mainly an automated Speedy Food cafe, such as Luckin), as well as corporate roles in their Seaaucus, Fresh Jersey American Aamera.

The background is all of course the current trade war between the USA and China. Currently, America will tax all goods from China At the rate 145% while the average tariff American goods entering China are 124.1%. It is not clear how this affects the Chinese company to America, but certainly adds a layer of intrigue for a brand such as Luckin, whose entire business model concerns brisk service and reduction of costs.
