There is no such thing as too much coffee equipment. You probably already know it, but sometimes it’s nice to hear, especially when you are preparing to justify buying another brewing device that does less as dozens that you already have. But what if it’s gradually better? And what, what if this compact height makes the whole world a difference? This is a dilemma of a coffee maniac. This is a bad case.
So it is Coffeejack. Now in its second version, Coffeejack promises full pressure, precise creation of espresso in a portable package and is live Kickstarter now.
Espresso on travel is a nut that has not yet been fully cracked. Very good options are available – Aeropress performs admirable work, especially when you add several elements of the secondary market, and Aram creates a wonderful espresso, although it has a high price – although they often have no precision when it comes to how (and in what amount) pressure is exerted to go through water.
Coffeejack uses a crank similar to a hand grinder – and with perceptible cogs rotating around a larger wheel that look straight from the Weber workshop – to allow the user not only to produce pressure, but to control the quantity, up to 10 bars. And with a pressure indicator when the kickstarter states are evenly used throughout the infusion.

V2 has several key improvements in relation to the original, special studs such as stainless steel and aluminum, as well as an increased 54 mm portafilter basket, which can accommodate 18g espresso, as well as an insulated water chamber for better heat retention.
And if you want, there is an optional digital pressure sensor because why would you not like the portable manual espresso manufacturer to connect via Bluetooth with the phone? Despite this, Coffeejack promises a sturdy but lightweight construction in a compact package. (I will still have to bring this manipulation.)
There are three weeks in the campaign, Coffeejack V2 collected as much as 285,000 pounds (USD 376,000), over 40 -the goal of 7,000 GBP (USD 9,240). But there are still prizes for interested parties, including a 14% discount discount on 198 GBP MSRP, which reduced the sum to 170 GBP (USD 225). The prizes are to start shipping in November.
So if your chase for God’s shot took you somewhere deep in the forest, maybe coffee will assist you find a way out. For more information, visit Coffejack V2 Kickstarter website.
