Intelligence ™ (PI) analyzes the most influential points in the baking process: the duration of the temperature and phase of the development of the finish. These two points have the greatest impact on the coffee flavor profile, and PI helps Roasters get to the great cup of the first roast.
Wiser approach to fresh coffee
Instead of relying on trials and errors, Roasters can choose a country of origin, processing methods and their baking machines. Then PI identifies the most common decline temperatures and adapts the characteristics of individual machines, taking into account the differences in thermopaths, the placement of sensors and historical readings of the first cracks.

For example, if a set of data for a scarce combination, such as Guatemala with red honey processing, is too miniature, Pi will be a wider, but more reliable category, such as all coffee processed by honey from Guatemala.
