Departing from gas systems, Typhoon eliminated the need for Afterburners. Instead, all our cups now work only on electricity – powered by Advanced Engineering and our patented Convection technology with fluid. This project provides quickly, even heat transfer without the need for direct contact between beans and balmy metal, significantly reducing the risk of fire, while unlocking the brighter, cleaner taste profiles in every roast.

“Electrical systems not only lend a hand in the environment. It makes burning safer, more precise and easier to manage,” says Nikolas Krutin, founder of Typhoon and the head of product development.
