The Kirimahiga Coffee Factory is located in the upper Midland zone, about 200 kilometers north of Nairobi. It was registered in 1998, although coffee has been grown there since the 1960s. Currently, 781 producers have been providing coffee to a coffee factory. The height of the area is 1700 Masl, and the temperatures range between 18-25 degrees Celsius and the prosperous, red volcanic soil.
