Wenbo Yang it’s on the radiator. The 2023 US Brewers Cup champion and 2024 Latte Art champion continues to diversify his portfolio with victory in 2026 US Roaster Championships. Taking place on the weekend at Roastronix headquarters In Houston, Texas, the U.S. Roasters Championship brought together 24 competitors from across the United States for a whirlwind three days of green coffee judging, sample roasting, cupping, roast bending and crowd service.
Experienced competitors like Tony Auger and 2017 Cup Tasters champion Steve Cuevas stood in his way, but in the end, it was Yang who prevailed, establishing himself as one of the most multi-talented competitors in the world of coffee competitions.
