Mostra Coffee, based in San Diego, California, was selected as Five2020 Micro Roaster of the Year, with a total production of 65,000 pounds of roasted coffee per year. Founded in 2013, the company earned top honors for its commitment to supporting coffee farmers in the Philippines, engaging the local community and providing a energetic work culture, as well as offering mentoring and training opportunities for employees.
