What a wild three days was here at the headquarters of Black & White Coffee Paling HQ for the American Barista 2025 Championships. 25 competitors came to Raleigh in North Carolina to become the crowned USBC champion and gain the right to represent America at the world championships Barista in this year in Italy. But before we reached today’s final round, there are only six competitors left.
The level of competition cannot be overestimated at this year’s event. It seems something we say every year, but every summer it seems real than the previous ones. This one is certainly no exception. It is demanding not to be impressed that the competitor of the debutants of Circle Chan pass through the first round and semi -final to get to the finals. Or by the determination of Isaiah Sheese, which led him to three straightforward finals (minus the year that started) after almost a decade of competing. This year, there were as many fascinating stories at the finals as competitors.
That is why it seems cosmically unfair that not everyone will win. But there can be only one American barista master 2025 and we know who it is. There is a lot to be discussed, a lot to the pontificate from the weekend in Raleigh, and we will undoubtedly have for you in the coming days. But now there is a time of celebration, not only for the winner, but everyone who competed this weekend. With this in mind, we present you with the results from the American Barista Championships 2025.
