Coffee building: Osom Nou in Barcelona, Spain

Coffee building is an international matter, and in the last 14 years we have been profiling cafes in over 30 countries from six continents (someone who will open a good cafe in Antarctica). One of the places we return to time again is Barcelona, the house of one of the great cafes in the world, serving the blooming scene of coffee lovers around the world.

Here, in the early rounds of the 2025 construction season, our thoughts turn to Zelno, one of the most fashionable districts in the city and home for the recent Caef called Nou. Let’s immerse ourselves inside.

For those who are not familiar, will you tell us about your company?

Our mission is to offer the best special coffee, study its unique flavors and supplement it with a hearty and organic menu in a designed, eclectic and sustainable environment. Building a peer community and label -free life.

Can you tell us about a recent space?

Our recent space is located in the most fashionable district of Barcelona, Zbielno, where design, creativity and beach are in line with perfect balance.

Trying to harmonize our space with the area, we designed a minimalist space in which every detail is thought out. We chose fair materials such as stainless steel, wood and cement.

We are a specialist cafe that bakes its own coffee. We buy green beans from the most selected distributors in Europe and bake ourselves, ensuring the quality of each cup served.

Any machines, coffee, special equipment set up?

We utilize Marzocco kb90 for our Espressos and Latte i Mock -up AND V60 For our filters.
Our coffees are constantly changing.
