For those who are not familiar, will you tell us about your company?
Rutina Coffee is a Latin, special cafe with headquarters at 2001 Biscayne Blvd, Miami (Edgewater). It was officially opened at the beginning of June 2025 and quickly became known for the living combination of high -quality coffee straight from the culture of farm and music.

What is your coffee approach?
You will find the full spectrum-from classic Espresso drinks (Cortados, Macchiatos) to infusion (Chemex, V60, French Press) and imaginative frosty infusions such as lavender, vanilla, cardamom and nitro-shaped created to emphasize the characteristics of beans.
Any machines, coffee, special equipment set up?
Our coffee is consistent with Marzocco Equipment, because we proudly represent the brand in our city. We operate La Marzocco GB5S AV three-group commercial espresso machine with scales-two To Mahlkön Grind according to the weight of Mahlkönig Ek43 for methods.
How does your project consider sustainable development?
Coffee breeders proudly. From our family farms in Honduras to your mug in Miami, we grow, bake and serve every bean with deep pride of our roots, our craft and our people. All our coffees have 87 points and more when we are working on introducing to our city, best of what our country has to offer when it comes to coffee.
What is your hope for the opening date/month?
We opened on June 15.
