– Klatch Coffee announces the return of its spring blend, Songbirdwhich was first introduced in 2024. Previous versions were released as two-ingredient and four-ingredient blends respectively, but this year, the seasonal blend is made up of three ingredients – Panama Catuai Natural, Mexico Washed and El Salvador Anaerobic Orange Bourbon.

he started. “Mexico Washed created a great base, providing a glossy texture and subtle red fruit notes. From there, we added a batch of Panama to bring out and intensify those red fruits, adding a spirited and juicy dimension. We finished the blend with Orange Bourbon, which added fragile floral aromas and a fragile citrus nuance. Orange Bourbon really rounded out the cup with its balanced, seasonal elegance.”
The resulting blend is lively and refreshing, with notes of red fruits and flowers and a glossy, structured finish. Featured flavor notes of the blend are Fuji apples, green grapes and apricots.
Songbird will be available at https://www.klatchcoffee.com/products/songbird starting Tuesday, March 31 ($22.95/310 gram bag) and features graphics expressing the essence of spring in Klatch Coffee’s signature colors. As this is Songbird’s third appearance in the Klatch Coffee collection, the label also features three blue birds.
