For those who are not familiar, will you tell us about your company?
We are a baking industry and a cafe, which began in 2021, as a result of merging Not only coffee AND Coffee with electricityTwo special coffee brands in Charlotte. It will be our seventh cafe under Night coffee mark!
Can you tell us about a recent space?
It will be our smallest cafe at a height of only 600 square feet. He is on the ground floor of one of the latest luxurious development of apartments in the Southend district. The project is timeless and up-to-date. Green tiles and ladies with black steel. Customers will be approaching the window to pick up their drinks from the outside. With about 20 places, we imagine it as more space for a drink and wanders along the railway trail or visit other neighboring companies.
What is your coffee approach?
We have a plain approach to our menu, but we focus on high -quality ingredients, all our coffee is carefully obtained and baked Laxie Rockets in our nearby roaster. We utilize a dairy farm from North Carolina called Father’s cream This produces one of the best milk I’ve ever tried. We try to be accessible and provide exceptional hospitality with exceptional coffee.
Any machines, coffee, special equipment set up?
Our standard composition includes Marzocco PB lineIN New Simonelli Mythos Climate Pro grinders, Mahlkönig ek43and Curtis brewer.
How does your project consider sustainable development?
In our business, we cooperate with the Composting company with Charlotte to compost most of our ecological materials. We try to minimize waste and make it part of our business culture.
What is your hope for the opening date/month?
We opened on May 27 with a great opening on June 8!
Do you work with craftsmen, architects and/or creators you would like to mention?
Our friend Matt Renning Z Plug and tailor He built a pretty window belt with white oak and a black steel frame.
